Know When To Give a Fuck

Life is full of choices and not giving a fuck is one of them.

I choose to read on the toilet. I'm not sorry that I'm not sorry.

Because Mark Manson had me cracking up while I was reading on the toilet with the gem: The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck.

Manson does it better, but I felt the need to share that the subtle paradox here is that not giving a fuck about the consequences means you give a fuck about what you're doing. In honor of the practice, this week I wanted to celebrate some people who just don't give a fuck and why sometimes we all do (and that's good too).

I'm learning more about this and myself as I read Brené Brown's book Daring Greatly.

You can become enamored with her as I did by reading this Washington Post interview titled Exhaustion is Not a Status Symbol
